Checksums for English WinXP SP2 updates

I don't think KB924191 should be removed. It's a hotfix for Microsoft XML Parser 2.6 (all versions) and Microsoft XML Core Services 3.0 (all versions). MS06-071 says that KB927978 and KB927977 (replacements for KB925672 and KB925673) applies to Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 and 6.0.

But then, that's how I understand MS06-071... I may be wrong.

Also, I think 918899 is replaced by the latest cumulative update for IE (MS06-067)

You are absolutely right about KB918899. In fact, I'll be removing all those IE updates in a few days because they only apply to IE6 for now!

I'm not sure about KB924191. MS06-071 (KB928088) says that it replaces MS06-061, which is KB924191.

I believe MS06-061 contains updates for MSXML3 (KB924191), MSXML4 (KB925672) and MSXML6 (KB925673) while MS06-71 (KB928088) contains updates for MSXML4 (KB927978) and MSXML6 (KB927977) only, according to FAQ section of MS06-071. Moreover, KB924191 contains MSXML3 binaries which are neither in KB927978 nor KB927977...

Since Tomcat advised us to remove MSXML3, I have a feeling it's no longer needed, but I may be wrong.

I advised to remove the standalone msxml3.msi. You should use the KB924191 hotfix for MSXML3 for your OS.

To tell you the truth, I'm not sure. It's maybe better to remove it from the list of obsolete hotfixes in the site's changelog.

The Highmat update doesn't appear on Windows Update when slipstreaming WMP11. I realize that the binaries contained in the Highmat update aren't part of the WMP11 package, but that doesn't really mean anything; MS may have integrated it in the WMP11 files.

Does it still appear on Windows Update when slipstreaming WMP10? I don't remember this because it's been months since I didn't include it with an HFSLIP project with WMP9 or 10.
