sugar_rush_100 Posted May 3, 2006 Posted May 3, 2006 well my friend fourn a way to hack the deep freeze on my computer, its still there but i guess its just thawed or inactive, now there is a little blink red x on the little deepfreeze icon one the desk top toolbar, if that helps, but now i need to freeze it back up or unthaw it, ur help would be appreciated so much, im pretty computer illiterate

EchoNoise Posted May 4, 2006 Posted May 4, 2006 You need to install the Deep Freeze Console and generate a One Time Password using the token at the password prompt screen.If you don't have access to the Console, you can e-mail Faronics on this issue and you'll have to send them your license number for them to be able to generate a OTP.Either that or your trying to circumvent a security protocol on a public computer perhaps?
