cluberti Posted December 6, 2010 Posted December 6, 2010 Correct - we have in the past heavily optimized and modified our installation of IPB to suit our needs, and as such we just don't deviate from the defaults if and when possible for the sake of compatibility with as much of the default IPB codebase as we can - this eases support issues and also makes it easier to make changes as necessary (when you know your baseline, it's easier to deviate from it when necessary). Unless xper changes his mind on this, the answer is going to be no.
