I always assume windows is installed correctly so the ACPI HAL is installed, sometimes forget people don't setup a bios correctly and end up with Standard HAL.. jftuga Posted March 28, 2006 Share Posted March 28, 2006 IIRC, you can delete the processor or "APCI Uniprocessor PC" in device manager.
