Could anyone please tell me where to find a tool of some sort, thanks

How did you create the .rep file in the first place? FRAPS?

I use F1 F2 F3

Also this FRAPS I unfortunatly cant use

Fraps 2.7.2

for Windows 2000, XP, 2003 and x64 Editions

Maybe i can find a 9x version

OK I tried fraps and thats crazy, I had a 500mb movie in like 30 seconds, and it slowed the game large.

you probably need to select a better compression

i've used fraps before and it was the best

Fraps records your game as Raw AVI, so yes it's going to be huge. But 500MBs for 30 seconds, no. I can play for about 30 minutes and end up with about 16GBs. You just trim it up in VirtualDub, encode to XviD/DivX with a bitrate of 1500-2000 kbps and delete the original files.
