Coolsights2000
Is the newly released .NET Framework 2.0 a update that replaces the .NET Framework 1.1 SP1 or do you need to install both of them.. Because I did a quick unattended install today and when I went to the windows update site it said I needed to install .NET Framework 1.1.. and If I look in the services it is showing that .NET Framework 2.0 is installed and running....ASP.NET State Service C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_state.exeI'm confused and I'm hopping it is just the windows detection that is screwed up..LOL it would not be the first time for them...Mac! Sonic
... 5s (auto translate to my native language included) after I read the link posted by BoardBabe ... I can say :The .NET FrameWork 2.0 isn't an update of .NET FrameWork 1.1 SP1. These two versions must be installed.
BoardBabe
Also if you check out Microsoft UpdateIf you have only 2.0 installed, v1.1 will show up and vise versa, so install both.
