Jeremy
You're quite vague. More details needed. Can you post a screenshot? http://www.imageshack.us/ is great for uploading pics and posting the link, incase you needed that.
Daemonforce
An actual wall blended into the background with the logonui or a solid color that appears before the logon screen?

For example: - Oh no! - Help - I'm mad - Please help - Question - I need your help - Hmmmm .... This should be avoided. Users should enter something more specific in topic title so that it is easier for others to help.A few good examples: - Strange problem with DirectX9b redist- RunOnceEx install problem (double installation)- Change Internet Explorer's Icon back to default Forum Rules

LiquidSage
don't forget, when somethings not right... do a virus and more importantly in this case, a spyware/adware scan. Check the startup entries, more than likely you will find the culprit there.

jjstals
Don't know if this might help.Run regedit and go to: [HKEY_USERS\.Default\Control Panel\Desktop]Scroll down in the right pane and at the bottom you will see wallpaper.Value should be "(none)".You can change your logon screensaver here too.Only be sure to export the registry first before making any changes!!!
