personally, i would go for lclock since it only worries a few kbs in memory and has a really nice skinned calendar :)

is it possible to integrate(slipstream) this lclock in to xp files? or direct appz installation?

I patched Windows default clock once in 3.0. It was language independant and caused (for an unknown reason) xpize reloader to patch timedate.cpl in every run. SO I decided to remove it. Also, Im not interested in adding more 3rd party apps to XPize for now.

no is not possible to slipstream it.

just install the application using /S switch (at least that's what i do :P)

I wouldn't patch the clock in the taskbar, but maybe you could patch the analog clock (the one when you doubleclick the clock in the taskbar)
