Are these temperatures OK?

Hello,

Here's the temp on the sensors on my mobo..

CPU: 39c

Mobo: 43c

HD: 35c

CPU fan speed: 3184 RPM

I've also installed a HD cooler that brought down the temp by about 12c..

I want to know the reviews from you guys, are these temps OK for the longevity of my computer hardwares? Should I bring any of them lower?

Please reply. Thanks.

Twista thanks for reply.

Cooler, let's see... I have a 'regular' HS. and a Intel fan. I don't know much to say about this. Why does my mobo runs hotter than the CPU?

What motherboard and CPU?

I'm on a MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum Edition and a AMD Athlon 64 3500+, and my temps are as followed...

CPU: 32 C (89 F) -- Fan: 5675 RPM

System: 30 C (86 F)

NorthBridge Fan: 7848 RPM

I can't seem to find the mobo or the hdd temps... :w00t:

rikgale: I really don't notice it... even tho my build is right next to me... Maybe it is the 5.1 surround, i don't know... but back to the question... it is not really that loud... my case is huge so it asourbes most the sound it self... the nb fan was on the mobo when i got the mobo and the CPU is an aftermarket... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16835106038

I also have 2 hdd and 3 cd burners and 1 dvd burner... and the ultra x-connect 500w... i got quite a nosiemaker... lol... 5 case fans also... lol

I got a MSI P4MAM2-V and Intel P4 2.0GHz..

lost, your fan is real fast.. even mine at 3000RPM is noisy...

Guys, what's the 'optimum' temp for the CPU, mobo and HD to let it live as long as it could?

I use SpeedFan and MSI CoreCenter... they both work nice... but i use more of MSI Corecenter because it know what is what... IE (Cpu Fan, Cpu Temp, Ect) The SpeedFan doesn;t know anything it just says temp1, temp2, fan 1, fan2, ect...post-62058-1126698222_thumb.jpg

Yes, I believe you can, but in my case i have a manuel controller in a 3.5' bay... but in this screenie you can see a section to make the fan go faster in one of the many controls that u can tweak... IE: Front Side Bus, VCore, PCI-E, Memory Voltage, and you can let the motherboard control the fan speed or user mode... so yes you can contol the CPU Fan speed... I have to upload to RapidShare.de so hope u are fimillar with it...NVM on the screen.. if u want them roger04, pm me (include your emial address) and i'll email them to u... im haveing way too many server problem... :realmad:
