Is a 19x350 signature bar permitted? If it's not I'l have to remake a new signature for myself =S.

Images in signatures shall NOT exceed a total of 300x100 and 80kb.

that just means you can have a total of 4 (350*19) bars and 5 (300*20)bars. :)
