locate this file in your wpiscripts folder

useroptions.js

Find this line:

Style[0]=["white","black","black","white","","","","","","","","","","",200,"",2,2,10,10,51,1,0,"",""];

Change it to this

Style[0]=["white","black","black","white","","","","","","","","sticky","","",200,"",2,2,10,10,51,1,0,"",""];

Note: The change is the third on back from "200". Best way just copy line and overight your line. (This is the only thing chnaged)

Note 2: The sticky feature will leave the note up untile you move the mouse over another program, or click close.

*slaps head* Fer cryin' out loud, so we needed to edit useroptions.js and not main.js. Same edit, different file. My apologies again, I thought the two older files that control the tip behavior had been combined into the lager main.js file, but clearly they remain separate. Thanks almulder!
