I had the same problem, i was originally using runonceex to do it all, but decided i wnated a way of having 'profiles'. I made my own program...but it was quite buggy and i got fed up of it in the end, my programming skills aren't up to much.... :(

Anyway, I went back to WPI as i had liked this the best out of the three options (i also didnt like the idea of paying for xplode). Being entirely html and javascript it is very very configurable and it has certainly grown on me even though i didnt like it at first.

I suggest you use WPI for half an hour or so and get used to all it can do, when you find something it can't, drop a line on the forum or try editing it yourself.

Just a thought.... :D

Oh, just out of interest, if you dont mind sharing, where is it you are from?

<EDIT>

Oops, didnt see the flag :blushing: never mind above question....

Xplode is nice and good to use. It is free for personal use, only thing it works for three weeks!

but if iam right, if you use wpi you need to press install programs.

And i want it unattended like runonce..... so no clicking.

if i can get solved that problem i can give it a try.

Oh i see, well you could easily modify it.......but why bother?

What's wrong with runonceex if you want it fully automatic?

My idea was make it fully unattended so i can go to school and let xp install all and not that i need to click that button to resome the software installation.

So when i come home its finished.

(where must i add it to make it automatet...)

You could shell out the small payment of $10.....Considering thats the bare minimum these days for internet, the least you can is promote further development of XPLode

i think i gonna try it whit wpi, i set times so it will aotomate start.

why not use wihu? it's the best of the lot <- thats my opinion

I think W.A.I.T. is the best of the lot. I used WPI, prior to useing wait, it's ok but

wait is better..............

BD

well

@eatualive

you can use wpi, to do it all silently if you just make all your apps as defaults..

@bonedaddy the wait site seems to be down,, and its been a long time since ive looked at wait when it was in its early stages,, the main thing i dont like about it,, is it had the inability to have a nice design like wpi, with a custom back ground and all... have they changed that since the early betas ?

well either way you go its all good long as its installed :)

Not heard of W.A.I.T .....no mention of it on unattended.msfn.org is there? are to post a link? I'm intrigued :D

Thanks
