iwod Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 "SFX modules are not compressed by UPX anymore" and i can't see any changes about 7-zip <{POST_SNAPBACK}>That is because UPX causes problem.UPX itslef need development. Not WinRAR fault.
SiMoNsAyS Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 ...so no upx'ed modules?... this means now sfx modules will be about 200kb bigger...
iwod Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 The next thing they need is winrar compression. At the time 3.0 offer High compression and acceptable decoding / encoding speed. Now computer is much faster they need to better utilise these resources.
Sunil Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 i was reading that you can downlaod the unupxed vers and upx them yourself.. It was on the winrar site..
greg098 Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 I was refusing to update my winrar cause i couldnt have the foood theme on the newer version lol...but cause this version supports it, i jumped at the chance...
