Switch -ver[n] supports the optional 'n' parameter also when archiving

If the short name of an already existing file is equal to the long name of an unpacking file, WinRAR changes the short name of the already existing file before unpacking

Security changes: WinRAR shell does not allow to run *.pif files

That is because UPX causes problem.

UPX itslef need development. Not WinRAR fault.

...so no upx'ed modules?... this means now sfx modules will be about 200kb bigger...

The next thing they need is winrar compression. At the time 3.0 offer High compression and acceptable decoding / encoding speed. Now computer is much faster they need to better utilise these resources.

i was reading that you can downlaod the unupxed vers and upx them yourself.. It was on the winrar site..

I was refusing to update my winrar cause i couldnt have the foood theme on the newer version lol...but cause this version supports it, i jumped at the chance...
