grab a copy of resource hacker and open the messenger exe and go through the bitmaps and gifs and pngs.. take a screen shot and add some transpareny with photoshop..

no that icons ugly, i was thinking more on lines of something good.

and im using it on linux.. hence PNG format please.. yes i could convert the ico in msn, but its an ugly icon.
