Noxious Ninja
My guess is because all the NTFS access layers for Win98 just have read-only support in the free versions.http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/ntfswin98.shtmlhttp://diskinternals.com/products/ntfs-reader/http://www.paragon-gmbh.com/f_ntfs.htm
Tarun
NTFS does not work smoothly if you try to convert from a FAT file system to NTFS. It's best to apply if on a fresh install as Windows is put in.
Acheron
Slipstream support would be fine. Defenitely something to work on.BTW, I will include Paragon NTFS Read Support with Dutch Service Pack, not sure why Gape didn't do it.
horsecharles
Speakin'a Paragon-- anyone partitioning: if you ever get a computer freeze: vfat error, windows will not start... rename or delete this file created by Paragon: ext2.vxd in your windows/system folder. horsecharles
I found it an excellent program-- The Technician Edition has so many useful utilities.... there is that one little bug... it can be triggered by using one's cd/dvd-- and it was a mother to find that reason & fix-- other than that it was excellent: i'll give them the benefit of the doubt because the issue was on win98 only, it supports so many different file formats......
