In WinXP I can use Start --> Run --> "msconfig".

But how is this possible in Win2000? (Now it's saying "Can't find 'msconfig'")

I want to get into the menu below (attached).

Goto a Winxp machine, find msconfig, make a copy of it and then throw on the Win2k rig. It will run just fine

you can try Autoruns by SysInternals kinda msconfig on steroids.

I had the same problem, i searched the internet and i found a msconfig tool. Just a matter of copying it to the harddisk and it works
