This will add Control Panel to your My Computer.....

This would work like a charm.....hope it helps what you are looking for...!

You cant use that registry setting in the unattended since since the HKEY_USERS key is going to be different in every machine. He will have to use either the HKCU or the HKLM in his unattended installation.
