Corporate SpyWare Killer?

Removing spyware from users' computers is really killing my time and their systems.

Who could recommend me some good corporate tool to provide the protection from Spyware/Adware? Anything like corporate antivirus - with server updates, realtime client protection and so on?

Have a manually enforced policy on what should/should not be installed - all non-humanised items are ultimately not perfect.

Nothing of mentioned above has central management console, server with updates, global policy or something.
