If anyone is wondering why I keep referring to the Nightly 114.0.3 rather than ESR or release builds on Windows XP, there is a very good reason for this. The environment variable MOZ_REMOTE_SETTINGS_DEVTOOLS only applies to Developer, Nightly or Custom builds. P
