I think you can, even though ED_Sin informed us on the previous page that W7 does not support TLS 1.3. I’m not really any authority on Chromium browsers, but suspect your issue is just Chrome policy.

I wrote about the problem only in Windows XP. On the W7, everything really works as before. But version 12.0.1053.0 and older on XP had no problems, everything worked fine as on W7.
