Steam for XP in 2019?

What's so special about the server list in that Reddit config.vdf?

I compared my current one to it and I compiled them column to column in Excel.

Some people have uploaded versions on the Internet Archive: https://archive.org/search.php?query=steam xp, so you can try one of those out. The first three seem to be the relevant ones.

If none of them work or they stop working, you can always use SteamCMD instead.

you know good game in steam is working with Radeon HD 5450 (this card not fan ) ?

with core 2 duo E8400  , 2GB ram

 

because i try payday 2 in low is not fast...

SteamCMD still seems to work on Windows XP x64. It doesn't replace regular Steam client for playing games though, there's only download/update functionality.

It occasionally complains about some certificate check failure while downloading. I haven't updated system certificates, maybe that would fix it.
