Andromeda43
Lets see.....51 years.....that would take us back to about 1963. Things were certainly different then. No computers (PC's) and cars certainly didn't have an ECC or any of the electronics we have today. It was certainly a much simpler time. I'd go back there in a second, if I could.B)
vinifera
while I'm of 90'es generationbut I'd like to travel way back to 60 and live thenat least from my folks talk, it was as you said very simple, values were different, friendships important, entertainment was a prizenow somehow everything of those is lostsure you have it all "at your fingertips", you can take photos while listening music and watching movie and surfing at the same time from 1 devicebut what does that tell you what will humanity and socialisation turn into in next 50 years ?will we be like Borg ? all connected to single forced hive and have THEIR thought ? epic
oh i miss calling 0 and never getting hung up on or some dumb a** automated messaging system or some foreign nationalist that can barely speak a word of english (no disrepect, but seriously... how do you like it when someone can't speak a single word of your native language when you need something! usually takes 30minutes who don't know jack vs 30 seconds with someone of your native language!! ). was so simpler back then...
