Wow I have no idea what to say or how to respond to everyone. (sorry if I offended anyone for being offended "Paradox") Though I think this tread is obsolete now since I got the adapter running by doing a fresh Win Me install on my old 98 computer (actually a custom xp computer) with the same hard-drive (120gig). I know different computers different specs, but I'm curious why it didn't work easily on my Pentium (specs somewhere around this forum, except CPU which was 500mh) while on my first try it worked on the custom xp computer, though I still don't like the fable thing :realmad: (I'll get over it besides I need that site anyway for Ollydbg)

EDIT: found that after doing any install that messed with the system folders (ex: avast install, sound drivers, ect) that when it would break but an easy uninstall than reinstall fixes it.
