Ok, just tried it but it seems to be a different version. It doesn't have the outmost glass border like the one on your picture link anymore. I got it here:

I got in touch with Vishal-Gupta in request I port his theme into Windows 8 and 8.1. I was granted permission to do so. After some time and some alterations. The links are below, while it's not a "perfect" port just yet as there could still be some errors that I may have missed.

Feel free to try it out and if there's anything that's off, let me know.

Well I had started porting the GlowAir theme weeks back... but I then deleted the original port I made because Mr.Grim made a point about asking the author first and I didn't want to go through all the trouble of having it ported and not having asked the author. Other than GlowAir, I wanted to bring some other themes to the Windows 8 family, but I never got a response back The themes were made a long time ago and Idk if any of the others still go to their deviantart page.

Though Vishal Gupta's AeroVG Se7en was brought into Windows 8 and 8.1 with his permission of course.

i just want the Office 2010 effect on the top of the windows and the buttons like close minimaze maximaze.. can you port this to your

AeroVG Ei8ht theme? And also a rounded corner option
