PowerISO Features

I don't use that one but I'd venture to say that you can create an ISO Image File from the CD, Remove the Existing Boot.img (or whatever the name), the re-add the REPLACEMENT one.

1 - Extract the IMG from ISO using 7-Zip to somewhere

2 - Open the IMG (saved somewhere) and extract files to modify (AUTOEXEC.BAT)

3 - Edit/Modify the file (AUTOEXEC.BAT)

4 - Download Trial Version of WinImage and install

4a - Rename boot.img to boot.ima and Open with WinImage

4b - Insert the "replacement" File (Autoexec.bat)

4c - Save

4* - note there's also a freeware Virtual Floppy that will Mount the Image, allowing direct replace - sadly, it only works on NT-type 32-bit (google "Virtual Floppy Drive 2.1") OR "IMDisk "(same OS')

4A - OR just use a REAL Floppy

4A1 - Format the Floppy under 98SE

4A2 - Copy ALL files from Extracted IMG, then Overwrite the File (Autoexec.BAT)

5 - Use PowerISO to replace the Boot Image

5* - Note - there HAS to be a place to do that! Read the Documentation
