You can change those with Gimagex using "Change" tab.

Google "GIMAGEX" (the tool) and read the Help file contained in the download. I believe the file name is "INSTALL.WIM" and is on the DVD. You'll also need "IMAGEX" from Microsoft. If you don't understand, you may be way over your head. Do a little reading before asking "how-to" without understanding prerequisites (e.g. "What is a WIM").

Again, why change it? Does this DVD already have SP1 "integrated"?

Its definately possible... There is a topic around here about it but I can't find it. Might be in the Vista section. Have you already tried to change the name with Imagex /info ?
