But there is no way to fix without reinstalling windows? But if you mean delete the temporary working folder of RT7, it empties itself every time it closed.
myselfidem Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 (edited) No I'm talking about Windows 7 DVD I want customize. I don't need to reinstall Windows 7 on my computer!I copy a new time my DVD on the HDD and I use RT Se7en Lite to do all the process a new time.Of course the temp folder is empty!I create an ISO file and I test this one with Oracle VirtualBox.First I delete all the files where I place the Windows 7 folders: C:\Win7After I copy all the files for Windows 7 (from my DVD) inside C:\Win7 Edited December 5, 2010 by myselfidem

The difference is that my working dir for modded the sysop are in the user folder and not in the principal root like have you made. Can be this?
myselfidem Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 I think it's better to copy your files for Windows 7 at the root of your HDD, like C:\Win7 (name the folder as you want without spaces)!

coucou Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 Helllo,I rebuild AGAIN another Win7DVD by using "RT Se7en Lite RC build 1.60" to integrate 97 Updates, 2 LangPacks, 480 Drivers and Remove all language components and finally added WPI+Softwares. I use my own tweaks.reg and my "Autounattend.xml" customized. I Install it today, the installation (Win7 including WPI+Softwares) goes smoothly Then I've made many tests, everything works like a charm except the updates are missed Only 11 updates are installed (see image bellow as well as the Lastsession file )BTW, after the RT7 integration I checked %temp%\rt_mount\windows\servicing\packages\ folder missed. Then I checked %systemdrive%\Windows\Servicing\Packages they were a lot of packages. Here bellow 2 list files for %systemdrive%\Windows\Servicing\Packages after the integration and after the installation.I'll appreciate any helpRegards
myselfidem Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 (edited) That's odd!I've successfuly used RT Se7en Lite 1.7.0. RC!Integrated 101 updates and en-US language pack and I've used WPI 8.1.0!All is working fine. I haven't deleted any language (components)!Try to use the new version RT Se7en Lite 1.7.0 RC.When RT Se7en Lite finish the integration the temp folder (%temp%\rt_mount) is deleted. Is normal! It seems the trouble is about these updates:[quote]Microsoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package-MiniLP~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~en-US~6.1.7600.16394.catMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package-MiniLP~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~en-US~6.1.7600.16394.mumMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package-MiniLP~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~fr-FR~6.1.7600.16394.catMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package-MiniLP~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~fr-FR~6.1.7600.16394.mumMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package-MiniLP~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~he-IL~6.1.7600.16394.catMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package-MiniLP~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~he-IL~6.1.7600.16394.mumMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package-TopLevel~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.7600.16394.catMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package-TopLevel~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.7600.16394.mumMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~en-US~6.1.7600.16394.catMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~en-US~6.1.7600.16394.mumMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~fr-FR~6.1.7600.16394.catMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~fr-FR~6.1.7600.16394.mumMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~he-IL~6.1.7600.16394.catMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~he-IL~6.1.7600.16394.mumMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.7600.16394.catMicrosoft-Windows-Identity-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.7600.16394.mum*Edit 1: You can see after the complete installation that they aren't installed!Windows Language Interface Pack (LIP)What is the difference between LIP and LP? The main difference is in the level of localization in comparison to Language Pack (LP) packages: LIP packages provide the desktop user with the most frequently accessed user interface and basic user assistance support (help files). In addition, LIP is installed as a language add-on on top of an existing LP with base language dependency (Catalan LIP can only be installed on top of Spanish or French LP, Welsh LIP can only be installed on top of English LP). In addition, once a LIP is installed, switching the user interface between the LIP language and the LP base language is possible for users on all versions of Windows.LIP relies on the same resource-loading technology that MUI LP is built on, and installs ontop of one base LP (in most cases). When Windows is installed I can change the language (because English language is integrated)!*Edit 2:I've made some search about the update KB974405 Windows Identity Foundation fr-FR (about the updates above)This update isn't given with Microsoft Updates but we can download here:Windows Identity Foundation KB Article Description of Windows Identity FoundationI've installed this one with:start /Wait C:\Windows\System32\wusa.exe C:\Windows6.1-KB974405-x86.msu /quiet /norestart Edited December 7, 2010 by myselfidem

If it's the case you should use the new beta of virtuabox 4.0 beta1 to correct the problem. You should find help here : http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/2785 Edited December 7, 2010 by winterstorm
