DOES NLITE TOUCH MY WINXP INSTALL CD

Featured Replies

Because my pc was compromised - BADLY

I remember playing with nlite and my winxp cd was inside

PLEASE TELL ME MY WINXP CD is safe right

Nlite did not Inject or spread malware to the cd right>

my winxp install cd.

Because i just formated and reinstalled

You would only end up with malware from nLite if it was included in somehting you add to your install using nLite. nLite does not do any of that on it's own.

Well there are these programs that will change the laser mw intensity setting on your cd or dvd rom and burn you cd or dvd. Melting it... believe me it happened. So you gotta be EXTRA SPECIAL careful. Take's a _special_ person to be extra special careful.

It's fine. Original discs cannot be altered.

Your disk is infected with malware, spyware and viruses. Throw it away as soon as possible!!!!

If you didn't do so within 2 days after using it you MUST destroy your computer with a sledgehammer.
