Just try once more disable UAC. Type "msconfig" (without quoate) in Run Dialog Box. Go to last tab and look for Disable UAC; select this and launch this one. Restart your PC to take effect.

U can install WMP11 via CMDLINES.TXT and Use like this [COMMANDS] "./setup.exe /Q"

Mine said it couldn't register some dll file, but is works without any problems whatsoever after the installation process. Would U like to explain What dlls have to register....?

Might be U hav set User Tracking off. Revert it using Group Policy. Run gpedit.msc and Navigate to Administrative Templates -> Start Menu and Taskbar an search for User Tracking feature

Its due to startup entry of Windows Defender. Windows Defender's services has been disabled but startup still contain the entry. Use MSCONFIG and remove the startup entry from Startup tab

Search for LogonuiX.exe under C:\Windows\System32\ rename to logonui.exe make cab file makecab C:\logonui.exe Replace into I386 Folder with existing one. Enjoy!
