  1. yes it did.......guess will wait till final released and see if this problem is fixed..... thanks.... Did a clean install of build 7077 and now have ashampoo burning studio working again..... At least all is well so far...
  2. I had Ashampoo Burning Studio v7.2 installed for a bit. All of a sudden when I go to launch the app it does not show up opened on the desktop. I check task manager under Windows 7 and it shows burningstudio.exe as running. It looks like the app all of a sudden became invisible. I ran virus checks and spyware etc with no bad results. I even tried v8.03 to see if that solved the issue but same thing. Any ides what is wrong and how to fix it. I do not want to wipe the partition and do a fresh install. I had done a fresh install with build 7057 then I did an upgrade to 7068.
  3. Sometimes when I go to move a folder from one location to another, I get a warning box saying something like you do not have permission to do that. Is there a way to disable this. I already have UAC disabled as well, but that does not control this I figure. thanks....
  4. I just set up a dual boot of Vista and XP. XP was installed first then I resized the partition to make room for Vista. When I boot into Vista, it takes forever to load like 3 to 5 mins sometimes and possibly longer. Is there a way to speed up the boot process, or is this a common fault of dual booting? Also, if I decide to keep Vista, is there a way to remove XP and leave Vista without screwing things up?
  5. I too have SATA hard drives (2 of them) and have them configured in a RAID 0 array. I would like to set up a dual boot of Vista RTM and my current OS WinXP Pro w/SP2. Can this be done, and if so, is there a step by step guide to do it?
  6. Nice to see so many here. Looking forward to a long and good stay. nice meeting you all.
