  1. Eh... no! It's correct as it is. And you'll find that '%C%' variable a bit higher in the batch file. EDIT: could you please specify where you got that driver for your Dell pc? There's only one extra HWID, so I could add it manually, but that driver seems to be signed, so I'd tend to download it myself. EDIT2: to easily find your post back, here's the [urlj=http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=45237&st=340#]link.
  2. Please post your system-specific HWID! And also tell me on which motherboard that is.
  3. You're definetely using some ancient DriverPack. I switched to 'DP' months ago, and to 'D' a couple versions ago. Also check the DriverPacks BASE
  4. You use the viamraid driver, mc134? Could you please send me the one you're using? I had to switch to the viasraid driver for all ASUS boards, because the viaMraid didn't work for those boards :s EDIT: and I don't use SCSI\ProcessorPromise_SATA_Console____ = "ulsata2" either...
  5. Eh why would it be impossible? It's the EXACT same thing as for any other UWXPCD, only you'll have to repeat the process for each version of Windows XP you put on it in this case...
  6. Yep that worked! Thank you for your help!
  7. Thanks! That remembered me that I had installed ATI Tray Tools earlier today, closing it did the trick! I'll find the exact setting later.
  8. Hi, as probably many amongst you my favorite video player is MPC. I'm using version 6.4.8.4, i.e. the latest one avaiable. So far no major problems until now. I'm about to start watching part 4 of 'Band of Brothers' and all of a sudden I notice a frame rate in relatively large green characters at the right top of my screen. I have absolutely no clue how I could disable it again, I think it must be some special key combo as I accidentally laid a book on my keyboard just before. I've searched with google, I've searched the MPC forums at sourceforge and I've checked the keys in the options menu twice without finding a solution! Please help me out if you can! Thanks!
  9. I disagree: if you're buying a Mac Mini, you're buying a Mac because of: -its design -to try Mac OS X -to have a tiny PC -not to upgrade it later on: there are almost NO upgrade possibilities... And that switch will only take place in ONE year, that's a LONG time...
  10. Problem should be solved in the next version. Though I still need some Adaptec ATA RAID 1200A Controller users to post their HWIDs to guarantee a conflict-free DriverPack MassStorage.
  11. Thanks mark49. I knew all along of this but was unsure if errors would occur if I'd remove them. But as you said, you have tested it and it worked without the unnecessary files. Thanks again!
  12. This one is also complete, as said earlier. Should be online this weekend.
  13. I've updated DriverPack Graphics A, I'll put it online tonight... along with the updated DriverPack Chipset. The others need to be checked again...
  14. Are you in a therapy group for internet junkies ? Bye, Alex ← Eh... nah ... just having finals They're located in D\S\A\N\AudioUtl.exe. That is an 7-zip SFX archive. This archive is being extracted by BTS_DPs_finish.cmd, which is executed from RunOnceEx. The ROE entries are being added by cmdlines.txt and more specifcly by BTS_DPs_ROE.cmd that is called from cmdlines.txt. The code that installs the Audio Utility (which is the official name): REM these vars are being set earlier in the batch: SET DPDIR=%SystemDrive%\D SET D=%SYSTEMROOT%\system32\drivers\ SET S=%SYSTEMROOT%\system32\ SET C=%DPDIR%\S\ :DPSA3 IF NOT EXIST %C%N\AudioUtl.exe GOTO DPSA4 IF EXIST %D%nvapu.sys ( START /WAIT %C%N\AudioUtl.exe -y -o%TMP%\AudioUtl START /WAIT %TMP%\AudioUtl\Setup.exe -s -f1 RD /S /Q %TMP%\AudioUtl )
  15. What's the question?
  16. If you've got enough bandwidth and you're willing to do it from your homepc, you could use VLC media player.
  17. I'm afraid that's negative... In fact I'm not even allowed to turn my pc on...
  18. Hmm Well when the real program will be there, it will just check for a newer version using a 'REAL' updating method. The current one is... kind of... 'wannabee' (Yes, I'm aware of that )
  19. Please give some more information, Vier. The exact type of sound card, along with its HWID would be helpful
  20. I guess this bug will NEVER be fixed. At least until the day that I have insider-friends in every company... Just download the drivers you need and make a DriverPack of them. The bug will be fixed. I'll add them to the next update as well.
  21. Eh... htc... I'm starting to think you just want to raise your number of posts... Why reply to a one-month-old topic?
  22. Which versions of the DriverPacks are you using?
  23. First of all, your English is very understandable. Many have a - and I'm writing a strong OVERstatement here - much worse English than yours. Secondly, it would definetely help if you'd tell me which HWID you have on your SiI3114 controller. If you don't know how to find that, search this forum a bit. (You can find it with Everest Home Edition for example.)
  24. That took you THREE days? Then you sure as hell haven't read the INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS in which I clearly point to that guide...
