You have 2 choices in vLite: - integrate newest nvidia drivers (search for modded INF file if you card isnt' supported from the box) - remove WinSAT component (but then you won't have that performance index, which isn't that important IMHO)

Kramy, confirmed the Timezone bug! I guess it's the ";" character, nLite knows it's the comment but it once strips it and by accident shows it and thus wrong load. Gonna fix in next one.

You always have some weird errors no one else has so you must pardon my ignorance. Until some proof is presented I can't help you.

Delete windows\system32\drivers\fltmgr.sys run vLite and let it reinstall filter manager (you'll need full xp sp2 cd). then reboot and run vlite again, then install Wim filter if prompted.

It's no different than the full Vista, research about sysprep and RIS, but in essence no, vLite doesn't have those tools and methods in it just yet. Depending on the users demand the roads will be taken. I think that private users greatly overcome network administrators in voices so I don't think it will ever have those options.

DJLucky0ne, I get that error too on first step the Preparation, but it's random and it's related to the CAB wrapper control. Just try it few times and it will work fine, it happens to me once in a few months but then repeats sometimes 2-3 times then again gone for months. Could be something that's causing it but in essence it's the .NET + old native dll (cabinet.dll) wrapper bug, very hard to track down since it doesn't happen regulary. You can use 1.3rc2 and when it happens just rerun it it will load last preset and retry couple of times.
