You copying your source from cd with nlite on your harddrive? Then try doing this manually (make sure you see hidden files). Is your source on HDD try again to slipstream your SP3.

Your SourceDisk (original XP setup cd) is broken! You have to mutcj scratch on it, maybe you can try "Unstoppable Copier" or something like that. http://www.roadkil.net/program.php?ProgramID=29

Its look liek a windows problem not like a nlite problem! Which OS to you use? which framework? (nlite works best on XP and needs Dot.net2) First you should try to reinstal Dot.Net2 and if this dont work then make a clean XP install and try it this way!

Im not sure but i think you can not make XP multilingual. If you wont XP in a other language you have do install a MUI Language Pack. This MUI you should be able to install after XP. The MUI packs you can not get easily or legal! ....i think! Your driver question ist more easy, just put every thing in, windows will only use that one you real have a need for!
