  2. WinSAT means Windows System Assessment Tool. Some games may use the information to figure out if your PC meats the system requirements. So, you have to build a new ISO and keep WinSAT next time.
  3. there no reduntant files, the files inside the Windows and system32 folder are hardlinks to the files in the WinSxS folder

  14. forget it. Your PC is even to weak to run XP in a way that working with the PC makes fun. Buy a new PC or stay at your current operating system
  15. ok, so the CBS Store is ok. So WU only blocks the SP1 if you have drivers which are known to cause problems
  16. try this update: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821 this updates solves issues while installing updates and servicepacks
  17. forget it! You should have at least 512 MB, better 1024MB RAM to run Vista
  18. Don't select "Rebuild" only select "Apply" and repeat the Integration for all Editions. This should work (but I never tried it out)
  19. have you used vLite? Even when you only used it for integration of updates or drivers vLIte creates a registry key. WU is checking for vLite settings inside the registry.
  20. yes you have to integrate them to every single version
  21. this is not possible. You must have ACPI to install and run Vista!
  22. when running vLite with the extreme parameter, some hidden features are visible so that you can remove them, but keep in mind, that removing one of the shown components can cause a lot of trouble
  23. the Sp2 is only a collection of fixes. If you install all released fixes and some hotfixes (by requesting them from MS) you almost have the Sp2 now
  24. go to your vLite folder and remove the wrong ini files under the subfolder "presents"
  25. lol. first betas for Sp2 are out and now they made a version for Sp1
