look at the process lifetime graph and you see the Autochk.exe runs. So it checks the disk for errors. run chkdsk for all HDD and check the SMART values.

the ACPI.sys causes the CPU usage and this may be caused by an overheating CPU. Have you checked this? What is the temperature of the CPU? It may also be an issue with the PSU. My laptop PSU was damaged and I also had such slowness issues. So check this 2 things.

Use Universal Extractor to extract the 32Bit xperf MSI and copy the extracted folder to XP and run the command in my DPC guide. Zip the generated ETL and upload it.

The WD5000BEVT is only a 5400rpm SATA 3 Gb/s HDD. And Kaspersky was always very slow for my opinion. I never used it because of the performance impact you have when using it. Try other AV tools until you find one which doesn't impact the boot too much.

You should have a Microsoft SQL Server entry in "Add/remove programs" select to uninstall it and here you should choose which instance you want to uninstall.

If you get read errors you have no real chance to get the full backup. Install Windows again on the new HDD and restore the personal data from the backup you made.

The SQL Server Express service takes 27s to start that's why you see the delay at the Logon Screen. From what I see the SQLExpress is installed by the Sony Media Manager. So if you don't use the Sony software remove the SQL Server to improve the boot speed.

run the optimization from the first post and if this doesn't speedup Windows make a full boot trace from here: zip this trace and upload it.

ignore the script. It generates unreliable results. Take a look at the Eventlog to see how long it takes to boot or run a trace and generate the summary XML.

check the SMART data of the HDD.

how did you measure the reboot time? Also let the trace run longer. You clicked finish after the you see it on the desktop. Let it count down from 120s to 0.
