    no, it is the worst of all. Now Windows takes 52 to boot to the desktop and 78s to boot completely. So the is the worst result. Remove MSE again and install Panda. Run the optimization. Panda seems to be the fastest tool for your PC.

AntiVir service now takes 25s to start. Also the Modem service takes too long to start. (Yota Access Service (Modems) - "C:/Program Files (x86)/Yota/Yota Access (Modems)/YotaAccessService.exe" ).

    I checked the fileversion of the PSANHost.exe and this version is 3.0.0.78. But if you use the latest version from the website than it is the latest version. Try a different AV tool (Avast, Avira AntiVir, MSE)

    Yes I remember you. Windows takes 30s to boot to the desktop and 47s to boot completely: timing bootDoneViaExplorer="30044" bootDoneViaPostBoot="57444" The service NanoServiceMain (Panda - "C:\Program Files (x86)\Panda Security\Panda Cloud Antivirus\PSANHost.exe") causes a 20s delay. Is version 3.0.0.78 the latest Panda version? If not update and if it is, remove it and try a different AV tool

    do the memory timings match? Try to increase the RAM voltage a bit.

    boot is now much better. Windows is booted to the desktop in 15s and it takes 35s to boot completely. Most time is used by ATI catalyst center. So uninstall it and try ATI Tray Tools for changing the driver settings.

    I think the issue you have is the Update service which scans in background for updates. WOW + the Update service cause most CPU usage. As a workaround stop WindowsUpdate service while playing WOW

    WoW and the Windows Update engine cause 80% of your CPU usage. some spikes are only caused by DPCs: Total = 32336 for module ndis.sys Elapsed Time, > 4096 usecs AND <= 8192 usecs, 1, or 0.00% Total = 14752 for module ataport.SYS Elapsed Time, > 1024 usecs AND <= 2048 usecs, 2, or 0.01% Total = 1353 for module acpi.sys Elapsed Time, > 1024 usecs AND <= 2048 usecs, 13, or 0.96% So ACPI causes the spikes which causes your issues. Try a different power plan and update the BIOS of your laptop.

    ok run this: xperf -on latency -stackwalk profile -MaxFile 256 -FileMode Circular this limits the filesize to 256MB.

    remove the WD HDD. I see some ATAPI.sys and USB spikes. And next time make a small trace (60-180s). xperfview uses 5GB to open the trace. Also install the Vista Sp2! Sp1 is out of support.

    "Engineering Sample" is a string in the WDDM 1.20 drivers for Windows 8. I had the same in the WDDM1.1 drivers during Win7 betatest.
