since when do you have the issue? Look at the action center/event viewer what you've done. If you installed a software, remove it

SENS = System Event Notification Service (SENS): So 1 app waits for events. I see that Teamviewer hangs: - <unresponsiveServices numUnresponsiveServices="1"> <unresponsiveService name="TeamViewer7" /> </unresponsiveServices> so stop Teamviewer before shutdown. Does this help?- 1,284 replies

Trace Windows 7 boot/shutdown/hibernate/standby/resume issues
MagicAndre1981 replied to MagicAndre1981's topic in Windows 7
those are µs. So writing the hibernation file takes 69s and reading takes 29s. This is terrible slow this is one of the issues I don't understand. My Samsumg F3 HDD which I run in AHCI shows up as SCSI: SCSI\DISK&VEN_SAMSUNG&PROD_HD103SJ\ this is disappointing for you. That's why I still have a normal HDD. Runs fine and has no issue.- 1,284 replies

Sinofsky is schizophrenic. In the Startscreen blog he defended the removal of the Startmenu by a drop of 11% usage based on telemetry. Now he posts that telemetry is not important and telemetry is not the cause of design changes

Try to change the power saving options and disable Device Initiated Link Power Management (DIPM) and Host Initiated Link Power Management (HIPM). http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/177819-ahci-link-power-management-enable-hipm-dipm.html- 1,284 replies

Please run the Windows Explorer and go to the folder "C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\" and copy all files to your document folder, also copy the setupapi.dev.log from the folder C:\Windows\Inf, the "C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log" and the file "C:\Windows\winsxs\poqexec.log" to your document folder (otherwise you can't upload it), zip all files into 1 ZIP and upload the zip to zippyshare.com or mediafire.com and post a link here.

Trace Windows 7 boot/shutdown/hibernate/standby/resume issues
MagicAndre1981 replied to MagicAndre1981's topic in Windows 7
still the same. Writing and reading the hibernation file is slow Can you run a ProcessMonitor trace? Download it from Sysinternals (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645), start it and capture data. Now put your Windows into hibernation mode and resume again. After resume, stop the trace and save it as PML file. Compress this PML file and upload it.- 1,284 replies
