  1. I use nlite to do the patching proccess. Just add the Xpize patcher in as a hotfix.
  2. Sure why not be extremly rude to an SMOD??? Play again please...
  3. Yeah thats all fine and dandy except for almost every AV in the world now detects cmdow as a virus....
  4. Are you missing your cd ident files at the root of the CD?? WIN51 WIN51IS WINNT.SIF and so on.
  5. nLite eula also states that it is not for corporate use....
  6. Download and install vlite 1.1.6 then install vlite 1.2rc after that insert your Vista disk and go from step to step...
  7. Disclamer = 1. This is not a warez site! Links/Requests to warez and/or illegal material (porn, cracks, serials, etc..) will not be tolerated. Discussion of circumventing WGA/activation/timebombs/keygens or any other illegal activity will also not be tolerated. You will be banned without notice. We cannot, nor WILL not dicuss or help you in any way with warez! It DOES NOT matter a hill of beans wether you own a key or not you still downloaded and are asking for help with warez. We cannot nicely or politly ignore that fact as thats how forums get shut down. ALso you say you own a XP key but did you pay the $ 4,000 dollars (Or more) for a corporate license, what? No? Then you would be using the supplied key right? Get off your lazy butt and make your own disk.
  8. Actually any non-MS source for a Windows.iso is illegal and will get you banned for posting it here.. Sorry but its just that way and always has been. It's like some one walking around the mall and giving out homemade copies of vista, even though they are not adding keys they would be paying MS 30% or more of their salary for a very long time...
  9. Oh der They were updated for SP3. OK you need to do a virtual install using virtual pc, vmware, virtualbox or parallels. Then install the XPIze darkside and after rebooting the virtual machine glean the files you need out. Alternatively just run the installer and select only those 3 files for patching in you current system. P.s. LogonUI.ex_ Means it is a compressed cab file you can't simply rename it and expect it to work. 7zip CAN however decompress it.. Then you need an app like replacer to properly replace the files on a system with windows file protection turned on.
  10. shell32.dll and msgina.dll and your very welcome! Logonui IS the welcome and turning off graphics. Unless you use "Classic" style then you will find the bmps in the above mentioned files...
  11. http://www.wincert.net/forum/index.php?sho...&hl=logonui
  12. Actually you need to have a non eval license of auto-play menubuilder for that. BUT! Diff languages would be very nice just post the two buttons in your lang and I will add them in for you guys.. Make it simple: Start WPI = Lang Exit = Lang that would be super easy for me to do for you guys!
  13. http://www.wpiw.net/downloads/autorun.rar This is a early version of a much better Stand-alone autorun menu for WPI. It has been set to run WPI from a cd with the WPI folder at the root i.e. %cdrom%\WPI\WPI.hta Let me know what you guys think! Plus I can do custom ones (Within limits or donation possibilities) Please don't hammer me for really super involved custom ones unless you are willing to pay me for my time... Place the 3 files in the archive and the WPI folder at the root of your CD or thumb-drive...
  14. Man I searched for close to an hour and I couldn't find ANY.
  15. Yes it is very possible... It the "Tools" extra package you will find a WPI autorun and ico for just this purpose.
  16. Same here with the opinion of XPLite.... 98Lite is ok though.
  17. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=en NO SP3 for XP 64 yet though!!! Sorry...
  18. If thats the way you feel then maybe you need to do better testing or look for alternatives like XPLite http://www.litepc.com/xplite.html Also try running PSERV it has no secondary requirements that I know of http://p-nand-q.com/download/pserv_cpl.html (select Display --> Processes)
  19. Nope not needed there are plugins for the other browsers that allow the use of the MU\WU services... NM after doing some googleing it was a myth. Sorry
  20. Now Trace that wasn't very nice... OK heres my 2 cents: MANUALLY copy source, slipstream sp3 and merge driver cab files, burn NEW source. Run nlite and add ALL addons and update packs (Except for the couple non-nLite compatable ones.) Including WMP, IE7 and XPize (I like darkside better ) You can find sp3 ready logonui's for both XPize packs over at wincert... Everything in one big GO! Run RVMi and then add the last couple addons in... P.S. My CPL bonus pack HAS tweakui in it you don't need both addons.
  21. With reading the manual and then using the %reboot% option that is built in. So command2 would be %reboot% 30 (The 30 representing seconds to wait till rebooting) Little warning though WPI will resume in that little "Dead" area of time between loggin on and loading the desktop so other than WPI running you will not be able to do much...
  22. Assuming you are in a server - client machine setting you can set WPI up on the server and once the drive is mapped on the client you can, then run WPI and have it "Remotely" run the installation packages. There are several people here that run WPI this way and a simple search for say "Network" in this forum section should yeild the results on running it from a networking situation. Unless I am understanduing you TOTALLY wrong then slap me, call me Sally and we will try it again... As for remotely downloading the apps it CAN be done with an app like, uuuuuuuuuummmm WGET I think the name is. So command one would be for wget to retrieve the app from your server and place it in the install dir or wherever then command two would run the app. NOW this way would take quite a bit of work but I sure you could do it that way. WGETS' Home page = http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/
  23. Wouldn't that be illegal???
  24. Have you matched the md5 and verified your dl package?
  25. http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/view/web/18/ Here is the reference shhet on the $oem$ folders. It will tell you alot. Also Don't forget to set: OEMPreInstall = yes In your winnnt.sif file.
