After I installed .NET framework 1.1 from the updates, a new account was created named ASP .net machine A, is it could be safetly deleted?

Hii when I leave the computer for a while, the computer automaticly log off and bring the choose user screen, that happen after I updated my computer, I have checked the power settings, also I have only one user for the computer.

100% clean means that there is no spyware or adware in xpize. 100% free is already worked out by the text "freeware" <{POST_SNAPBACK}> But see here, Msn messengar took 100%free, because it's freeware. and see here It took 100%clean because it is a sharware.
