In Vmware you can install your XP unattended right yo make sure it works. hiw do u setup it you from an ISO images to install. Gratefull for any input on this

yer we no you can use that command to stop the RPC flaw in windows shutdown.exe -a =abort

for your information %systemroot% is the Windows Folder it self and there is no program files in there its %systemdrive%\Program Files\commom files\Ahead\ audioplugins\

Will SP1 and its updates have been know to casue freezeing and an unsable OS because i had these problem before i silpstreamed SP1 to my windows CD works much better now.

shutdown.exe -r -f -t 60 this will shutdown the computer and restart it after 60 all programs are shutdown after the timer is finshed counting down.

dont need one just open my computer and delete the network drives and it should stop.

that the end of the windows setup the batch file will run.

There could be a hidden system folder with the files back up if they get change you can never be sure wat M$ are doing with there OS's.

AaronXP i have a litte app which can shutdown the computer with or without a network card it lets you set the time to shutdown and also lets you put a message in to it and also it can be stop. Have a look that this. Download If you can work this is may be more helpful.

i had that problem i just copyed the .exe file instead to the desktop it still works.

its WFP that doing it remove the Cd from the drive after you get to the first batch file that should work.

if thats the case then redo the setup.iss files.
