Question about drop down options. I am tryign to make it so that there are preselected width and height drop down menus. (for the pic in the description box.), But I cant seem to be able to wright the value to the config.js file WriteConfigValue(tf, "picw", form.picw.value); WriteConfigValue(tf, "pich", form.pich.value); where picw is the name of the drop down menu for the width where pich is the name of the drop down menu for the height Is this the corret way to save the data? if I change the drop down mwnus into a text fileld. It will savewith no problem the I cant seem to grab the value when it is in a drop down menu. Any thought. (Hope you get what I mean!) just thought I would let you know. I THINK I MIGHT BE GETTING IT. Not sure what I am doing, just tring to wing it for now. For now if in command line 6 you type in the name of the pic and the correct extension "mypic.jpc" it will center the pic and display it only if the is a file typed it, else it skips. (Now there no blank pic trying to display, if no file was entered. Just the standard discription. Question 1 - Do people prefer the text to be indented by a few spaces or none at all? Question 2 - Do they prefer a blank line after the pic before the text, or just have the text directly under the pic with no space? Thanks for the input.

Yes lionhrt, you got it. That is just what I mean. I know how to edit and add the pic to the discription box. I just thought it would be nice for people who are using the program for the first time. I mean if they don't look for the post or even think about adding pics. They will never know it could be done. Look at how long this program has been out, and only now do we know how to add pics. Hello kelsenellenelvian, I understand that you are the sole person working on this now. Well good for you. I am glad someone is still working on it. Well anyway. I have been tring for a few weeks now. I don't know javascript but have been trying like mad. I have been wanting to remove the Next and Back Text links. I have been able to remove & rename them but I want to replace them not only there location but also turn them into buttons. I would like to put them in the same location as the Config buttons are put, This way they don't move up and down on the page. Also move the option buttons to the same location. The main reason is the text jumps up and down. By that I mean on one page it is lower than the first or higher that the other. If you want to go to a certain page you have to keep moveing the mouse to click on the "next" text. I have been trying with some odd results, but nothing to make it look uniform from one to the next. Are you able to do so. If so how? Also. In the options box section it would be great if you could put a box to link to a pic. and add text correctly like we have been doing in a post. This would make it easyer for me and newbes. Add a pic in description box. Well thanks for reading.

upload your "WPI.cmd" file and I am sure myself and other can look at the start up code to see if there is a problem with it, and we can go from there. As far as the Runonec.exe i am not sure.

Well lets hope not, but you know microsoft they want thier money. But in all fairness the just need to give it free. I mean if they were to a more stable more secure system we would not need spyware removal programs. Well "Thanks Microsoft for tryign to fix what you needed to just don't charge us. Make it apart of the new windows auto installs and uses less mem than now that would be great.

Here are my two cents: No mater how well something is encrypted, copy protected in any way or how well they learn to track p2p downloading or find ways of tracking and shutting down networks. Remember this, when someone created a way to track networks and users or created a type of copy protect, encryption. There is 1000’s working on bypassing it. The harder they try we try harder. There are enough stupid laws out there and more they keep making. They are wasting Billions of dollars a year trying to stop this kind of thing from happening. They have always been trying for over the last 20 years. But all they do is create more dumb laws. The have had No negative effect on the Underground networks directly in fact they have helped us. They have forced us to find better ways to compress files, faster ways of transferring them, and making it more public that if you don’t want to pay for it download it. This in turn brings more people to the networks which make it even easier to find what you are looking for. If they were smart they would make the digital industry pay for all stopping of p2p. They would find that they would not pay to have this done. It costs more money every year to try and shutdown the networks then what the lose with it being there. How many times have we download a full version of a program that people say or they advertises it the best ever, to just find out it sucks, and you wasted how much money? NONE, now we can take our HARD EARNED MONEY and help the local economy and spend it there. In turn helping more people. How much money did the software company loose? NONE. Because we would have never bought it in the first place. Now if it was good software some of us would go and by it. But we all tell other people about the great program. This is where they make there money. Now about movies. THEY NEED TO STOP PAYING THE ACTORS MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FOR 1 MOVIE. Working some what average jobs both parents, how much can one save? We both tried school but could not afford to go. The government would help out on 3% of cost that is it. I can save money to put down on a $300,000 at 10% with good credit I might add. That is 30,000 I would need to have. Saving $200 per month to buy a house that would take me 12.5 years to save and by that time the price will have gone up. AMERICA LETS FIGHT BACK. TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY. Where is the "EXIT" text located. I want to edit it, but I must be overlooking it. I ahve loaded all the files into a text editor and did a search for "EXIT" and could not seem to locate the corret one. Can you help! Sorry I cant find it. I sweer I ahve done it before.

Thank you, this is just what I wanted, the look for a proper paragraph. You know how you indent the beginning of each one. I think it looks more professional this way. (when it is more that a few words) and it makes it easy to add bullets and align them correct. Thanks again.

Hay nice work. I have been looking for a way to do just about the same thing. But I would like to have both. First the text and then a pic. Have you tryed and with any luck? :Update: here is what I found out: using this code line here: desc[pn]=['<img src=./graphics/filename.jpg" width="350" height="100">, ' Text to display.] You need to have a space after the " ' " where your text begins to have it start on a new line. The only problem I have is that it displays the " , " after the pic. Can you help with the code to remove it?

I have had this same problem. It usually happened after I tryed to delete a program by deleting out all the info with in the boxes and then saved. Poof gone. Or when you make a new and save it empty. Hope this helps. But do like they say. EDIT YOUR FILE WITH A TEXT EDITOR AND SAVE 2 COPYS EVERY TIME. Just tryed the above two methods and they both poof gone your stuff.

Well you are not off to a bad start. I was checking out the boxes.js section and it was unclear as to where the "//C H A N G E column heights here...default is 30.72" section in it was. Ware we to replace: " if (winheight>=768 && numCols!=null) cols=numCols; colwidth=Math.round(100/cols,0); debug(" - Using max. " + cols + " columns with a column-width of " + colwidth + "%",1);" I am not sure. And will this help with aligning the "Next" and "Last" buttons? On the first screen the are all the way down. On the next screens they are up about 3 spaces and the last is about 1 space about the fist page. So they are never in the same spot. Or let me ask this has anyone found away to make buttons appear under that frame section? Like with the save buttons when you are in the config section. Well let me know. So do I understand it correctly that there is only one person working on WPI now? Ant that there will not be any real new releases comming out? Except for the option of playing music while installing? So let me ask this. For some one that have never done any type of programming where can I go to find out how to edit this program to make it act and look the way I would like. (the next and back buttons jump up and down on pages). I have many ideas that I would like to see come to WPI but have no clue were to even begin. Is there a place that can help me make a program like this. Or lean now to edit this one like a pro. I have time on my hands and willing to learn. Sorry to miss lead you, I am not editing the setup.exe rather making a new one. The icons are from all over the web, with them beeing editied in several proframs. I am using Autorun Pro 5.0 played with the demo, liked it and bought it. It is not hard to use, If I can do it I think just about anyone can, Just have fun playing with it. bye!

Now I know you have heard this a 1000 times but, "NICE PROGRAM. I LOVE IT" Suggestions: 1) I would like it if that next to or under each item we can have listed how much disk space is required. Let us enter that info on the config page of the programs. And that under the Begin Install It would list the total disk space needed along with how much is available on Drive C: 2) I would like it if we had the option of a picture for each item. For when the mouse moves over the top of the item it will pop up the info along with a picture id it was specified in the config list. And have all pics stored in one folder. [3) I don't know if I am the only one that has this problem but when using on different computers the resolution is not always at the 1024X768I use the Video Changer but some monitors (YES THEY ARE OLD) don’t support this and when WPI loads the text is not where it should be and some buttons you can’t click on. I have tryed several ways to do an unattended install, but all of them hang, I can see the icon in the bottome working, I put the mouse over it and it shows the % of completion as 10% - 245% is the range that it fluctuates between. Has anyone has any luck with this version? I can get the non plus version to go but not the plus version.

Is anyone haveing problems with custom boot screens with SP2 installed? I have been downloading several boot screens but they are not working. I have set them but they don't work. Also what program should I use to edit the boot screens. I have tryed bootedit but no go they dont work. Any help?
