  1. How many "save the planet" folks are really even aware of "rare earth" versus "fossil fuel" and how both effect the environment? https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2009/05/clean-energys-dirty-little-secret/307377/ https://www.extremetech.com/extreme/194010-rare-earth-elements-are-this-centurys-crude-oil
  2. AGREED. If it's not a RIGHT angle, then it's a WRONG angle!
  3. We have different definitions of "works fine". That looks horrible to this XP-user. The title bar height is WAY OFF.
  4. I would like to give it a try. But it may be a couple weekends before I can do a reinstall.
  5. https://www.zdnet.com/article/dns-over-https-causes-more-problems-than-it-solves-experts-say/
  6. No need to add an extension. Open Settings -> Advanced -> Content settings -> All cookies and site data then you can delete cookies for specific site.
  7. There is no update from the one posted on Page 1 of this thread and the "click for update" is intentionally disabled as these releases disable all "telemetry" type activity.
  8. We (3 brothers, 2 sisters) had to move dad into Assisted Living so things have been a little hectic. But I'm still here Everything working great regarding all of the beta fixes. Also tested spaces in the path name. So far so good
  9. Just to make sure I have everything. Are these "all" of our beta-test files? 1) ProxHTTPSProxy_TLS_1_3_1_5_220717_PopMenu_3V3.7z 2) Documentation of ProxHTTPSProxy.docx 3) ProxHTTPSProxy_TLS_1_3_1_5_220717_PopMenu_3V3_Fix2.7z 4) ProxHTTPSProxy_TLS_1_3_1_5_220717_PopMenu_3V3_Fix3.7z 5) ProxHTTPSProxy_TLS_1_3_1_5_220717_PopMenu_3V3_Fix4.7z
  10. I got the "Fix4" link from another beta tester. In process of testing now...
  11. My process is more of a slipstream process -- https://ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10623
  12. I didn't get the new version. Could be because I keep my inbox empty and you'll have to send as a "new" PM. Thanks in advance.
  13. To each their own, we all use our computers our own way. My system is as "updated" as I want it to be
  14. XP SP2 x64 NO POSReady! (I am unsure if POSReady is x86-only or not, I do NOT install POSReady on ANY of my computers.)
  15. What "flavor" of XP are you running, I wonder if that's the cause of your issue? VANILLA XP SP2 x86? VANILLA XP SP3 x86? VANILLA XP SP2 x86 plus all hotfixes prior to SP3? VANILLA XP SP3 x86 plus all hotfixes prior to POSReady? VANILLA XP SP3 x86 plus all hotfixes prior to POSReady plus POSReady?
  16. Same here. But I also prefer to delay the load. I want ALL icons in the systray, I do NOT "hide" inactive icons, I want them ALL THERE. But I also want them in the same EXACT order each and every time I restart by computer. I use r2 Studios Startup Delayer to start all programs in a specific order, delay an appropriate amount of time, then start the next program - all to achieve an EXACT order in the systray.
  17. Same here for GreenBrowser and Sleipnir (which are both basically just "shells" to IE8).
  18. Can you detail this "integration"? If it's just a hotkey, then perhaps Dave-H could remove the autostart registry entry for Min2Tray and set his TrayIt! to use the same hotkey. ???
  19. Everything is working here. About the only oddity I see is more of a comparison to older versions of ProxHTTPSProxy but it may have been the Launcher.exe that I was using. In your version, you can click on the "blue circle" systray icon to maximize the window, but then the systray icon disappears. In older versions of ProxHTTPSProxy, the systray icon would remain and you could click the icon again to minimize the window. Only other observation I see is that the ReadMeFirst file references a "ProxHTTPSProxy Cert Installer" and I could not find that file in my download.
