      I have absolutely all updates, and yes I just checked I have your KBs that you just listed. Every month, I install esu updates and everything works so I don't understand why on this March extended kernel, nothing works.

      Try it on a version with updates only to EOL 2017 and one of those updates I mentioned, which is from 2019. For me, any version of the extended kernel worked.
