Its not userinit.exe. If I replace userinit value of winlogon registry key with script I use on windows 7, every startup program is started 2 times. Any way to find out what is starting startup items if it is not userinit.exe?

solution to that problem is simple: If it is broken, find a replacement. If you cant find replacement that you like, then write one.

Remote access connection manager service cant start if event log service is removed. Can this dependency be removed so rasman service starts without event log or if not can net framework core be removed without also removing event log service?
