@vcBlackBox, oh i see. So the only way to modify the shortcuts is to move them after they are created, i`ve put that code in Nero_Installer.cmd but the shortcuts don`t get moved. Never mind not realy a problem to move them manualy though. Thanx.

in my opinion i prefer felix`s "Nero Custom Install Builder" Why, because it`s more customizable, but with felix`s method i was getting the "Unknown BurnPhase" error. So i have switched to NCAB where i don`t get the error and for that i thank you vcBlackBox, excelant tool. However, i would like to be able to manualy customise the shortcuts. More specificaly, i use nero only and NCAB gives me the shortcuts; Nero > Nero 6 Ultra Edition > Nero Burning ROM Nero Express i would like; Nero > Nero Burning ROM Nero Express also i would like to edit the descriptions which is possible with "Nero Custom Install Builder" but with that said, NCAB is an excellant tool that gets the job done. I thank you.

loads slow in ie for me aswell. it seems like in ie the whole page is downloaded before it shows. but in firefox the text and layout show straight away and then the images start displaying slowly.

i`m using dreamweaver and relatively new at website building. What i am doing is building a website to host dll`s, i have the dll`s listed in a table; Like This Is it possible to link the whole row instead of just the text and i would like to have each row change colour on mouseover. If you know of a guide that will teach me this or you can walk me through it that would be a big help.

ye, maybe you were unlucky and got a faulty one. from what i gathered when i was looking for a new psu antecs seem pretty solid.

My guess, it`s the PSU. About a month ago i swapped my XP 2100 for a XP 2800. All was going fine untill last week, the pc kept randomly restarting and the HD kept powering down and back up. I tried everything, eventualy i underclocked the CPU and the random powering down/up and restarts stopped. So i was thinking, it`s either the PSU not giving enogh juice or a dodgy Motherboard, i had a cheap generic PSU so i ordered a Tagan TG420-U1 which came this morning. Installed it, set the fsb back to normaly and it`s now been running without HD powering up/down for nearly 5 hours. Fingers Crossed. My advise would be to get yourself a solid PSU especialy because your running fine with that other one and if you still have problems i would look to the Motherboard. Hope this helps let us know how your getting on.

One or the other in fine and as far as i know you can run it on 2K. Don`t forget to let us know if you get the error or not with NCAB.

I have always got the "Unknown BurnPhase" with Nero Custom Install Builder. Someone said it was nero`s fault because ppl using an unmodified installer get the error aswell, but i have just used vcBlackBox`s NCAB and i don`t get the error! If i install nero with vcBlackBox`s guide and then install nero with felix`s guide over the top i don`t get the "Unknown BurnPhase". So i think that there must be some missing reg entries or files. Egon's Dragon, can you give vcBlackBox`s guide a try and see if you still get the error. Felix, maybe you could compare your nero stripper with vcBlackBox`s. I`ve had a look and can`t get my head round it.

Here is a free mcafee firewall. Link. This is what i used untill i got a hardware firewall, worked fine for me. As for av, i`ve been trying out nod32 aswell, and, i like it, will probably buy it if the trial ever runs out (hav`nt see any countdown or nag screens) But ye, check out the stickies.

godan, thats interesting, i`ll have to get round to trying that! DigeratiPrime, i like LClock. I found StartClock a while back. It replaces the start button text with the clock, thats about it, although with an older version you could press Ctrl+Alt+D and display properties would come up. I still have it if anyone is interested.

"802.CAB" in folder "D:\I386\WIN9XMIG\MAPI\802" on my xp cd is corrupt. I can get it from This Site but they want money for it. Could someone kindly donate a copy or point me where i could get hold of it. Thanx.

So it looks like it will take just as long to wright a batch than to do it manualy. I usualy disable all context menus accept "add to archive" Thanx for reminded me of "add to>foldername.rar" SiMoNsAyS, should speed things up a bit.

Ok, i have several folders, each has between 30 and 250 files in them. I need to rar up each individual file. I have been right clicking, selecting "add to archive" and pressing ok on each file, but this is taking forever. Is there a way to automate this?, with a bach file or somthing. If not, i might just spend the rest of my life right click, click, click, right click, cli.....

I use office shrink, and have made a rar sfx installer, but now i want to use 7-zip to make the installer even smaller. I have tried; How to make a 7-Zip Switchless Installer and even the 7zip Office 2003 guide, but none have worked. Any suggestions welcome.
