This has happened to me before too, Get the Msnmsgs.msi and place in that folder like AaronXP said. Then try to uninstal it by executing that msi and click remove, if it doesn't work try doing a repair first then try removing it again. Hope this helps

Fair Enough, But they need to be constantly Adding new features or else there browser is nothing, i mean look Most new browers, or at least Gecko Powered ones have Pop Up blocking or ad blocking to some extent. IE hasn't changed for a while, its time for a Change.
