ohh id like to hear more from undeadsoldier (2005FPW) and rendrag (VX924)! Can you both describe how your monitor performs? Refresh Rate (Ghosting) in DVD's and Games? I play UT2K4 alot and dont want any smearing on my screen messing up ma headshots! B) Also how are the colors, do you notice any color banding on the monitor, if so how significant? Any special setup instructions to get it working, did colors needed to be adjusted out of the box? How does the monitor handle changing screen resolution? Any other special notes? btw Wicket20519 i have a freind with the L90D+ its a nice monitor, but he got the problem with the vertical lines on the screen. and overall the monitor has a recieved alot of bad reviews about this problem. Id rather spend the extra $40 an get the viewsonic. But im still having trouble choosing between a standard aspect ratio monitor (VX924) and the Widescreen (2005FPW). Seems the widescreen is nice for DVD's and certain FPS games that support it. But i hate the look of the thing, and the fact that it has a dell logo on it. Thanks so far for the feedback!

Hello fellow members, I am considering buying an LCD monitor for my computer to replace the 19" CRT EN985e i currently have. I am looking for something around 19" under $400, i do play games namely Unreal Tournament 2004, and i have a Radeon 9800 Pro (DVI). A couple of monitors that have caught my eye are: Dell UltraSharp 2005FPW 20" Widescreen LCD ViewSonic VX924 19" LCD any other reccomended monitors for gaming or advice on choosing?

yes thats exactly what i am looking for too. I believe it may have to do with editing en-US.xpi, just rename as a zip to extract it. But first im testing if SOF is working with Firefox 1.5 RC1. [EDIT] SOF does not work with RC1

I apologize, I never noticed this great little program, and I bet others have overlooked it. I could almost cry! Extremely Handy! http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=15304 Screenshot Features - Convert ICO to PNG and vice versa. - Simple drag-'n-drop interface. - Totally skinnable application. - Right click on the captionbar to select a skin. - Select output formats for icons (right click on the icon pane). What's new? - Multi Icons are now created from PNGs: 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 72*72 96x96, 128x128 are possible. All 32bits. - Converts faster - Batch converting, just drag multiple icons/pngs to the pane. - Any PNG size is now supported. - Luna skins included and made default. How does it work? Drop an ICOn from explorer onto the left pane. Drag it from the right pane into explorer to get an PNG file out of the icon. Vice versa for PNG to ICO.

Rollup 2 and RU2fix integration....
DigeratiPrime replied to skwiz05's topic in Windows XP Media Center Edition
OK Update extract WindowsXPMediaCenter2005-KB900325-usa.exe to a folder. Create integrate.cmd with the following code and put in same folder: WindowsMedia10-KB895572-x86.exe /integrate:F:\XP_MCE WindowsXP-KB891593-x86.exe /integrate:F:\XP_MCE WindowsXP-KB895961-x86.exe /integrate:F:\XP_MCE WindowsXP-KB899337-v2-x86.exe /integrate:F:\XP_MCE WindowsXP-KB899510-x86.exe /integrate:F:\XP_MCE WindowsXP-KB888795-x86.exe /integrate:F:\XP_MCE WindowsXP-KB902841-x86.exe /integrate:F:\XP_MCE Run that to integrate those hotfixes, you may need to change 'F:\XP_MCE'. If someone want to try integrating KB900325 it may be possible using 'CAB Tool' which you can find here: http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=27469 Otherwise install silently using "KB900325.exe /quiet /norestart" and "wmfdist95.exe /?". NOTE: You must have .NET installed prior to installing these last two updates. -

DigeratiPrime replied to nam265's topic in Unattended Windows 2000/XP/2003
I think the file your looking for is the Royale.mst file inside the MEDIACTR.CAB inside the CMPNENTS folder. Its exactly the same size as Royale.msstyles and works fine when renamed. I am not sure how to repack the MEDIACTR.CAB though after replacing the file. RyanVM would probably know how though. http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showuser=6091 -
thats pretty cool B)

thanks, this program has come in handy.

How do I install Firefox for multiple users?
DigeratiPrime replied to infotime's topic in Application Installs
First install Firefox, but dont start it up right away. Launch Firefox using the Default Profile using the following shortcut: %programfiles%\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -profile defaults\profile Once your done getting Firefox as you like it, create a Self Extracting Archive of the default profile folder. ;The comment below contains SFX script commands Path=%ProgramFiles%\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\ SavePath Silent=1 Overwrite=1 1) Install Firefox or Thunderbird silently using the -ms switch. 2) Create/Run Profle.cmd to delete the default profile mozilla creates. cmdow @ /HID RD /S /Q "%ProgramFiles%\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\profile\" 3) Run Profile.exe (WinRAR SFX) to extract you custom default profile. Now for every user that starts up firefox they will have a copy of the default profile! -
