used this method for a while now from my runocne and its worked great now that im using a differenet user acount name it say its cannot find the config file any ideas?

I use nealry all of them and found the best way was to use installrite. this makes a exe file for each one which does not need any switches and the instalation only take a few seconds for each app

find the file syssetup.dl_ run cmd and epxand it .using restuner its in string 74

Hi what reg tweaks stops commanly used prgrams form showin up on the start menu below IE and Outlook Ex.cant seem to figure why there no longer there

Ok i noticed the same problem with another .exe file so after a search i found a method form another thread extra ct the contents with winrar and copy them to c:\ and run setup from there and it worked! but what is the cause ?????

On my prevoius installion it woked flwlesy now my new insatllion of xp it wont .It exracts and then beeps no error message or nuthin are there anyknow reg tweak that could be affecting ? here my lis thank you

I also found 2004 editon much slower than older version and make sure u using alt tab to swict to full screen as this also speeds up the installion

theme availble here hxxp://www.crystalxp.net/Home.htm but i hacked alot of files for the icons.im working with the author to update the theme to be fully sp2 compaibtle.It will include and installer to chnage all the icons in xp to much better ones

I receive this mesege during my runonce and if i try it install manually.The MS site mentions a certain regtweak could affect the install and ive ive checked its not im regtweaks file.Ive also tried the .net with sp1 intergrated by RyanVM but i receive the same error .I be grateful if someone could shed some light on this one Thank You

yep i hacked the above files and more!to replace nearly every icon on my machine and it works fine
