Problems: Program can't see the bmps I created, How do it know that there are bmps in the directory? I used the file activity### (activity 000-104); each one is 200px by 200px. John

I tried this and it didn't work! (1) I just tried to change the text on the bootscreen and it reverted back to Vista's bootscreen. (2) I doesn't find my animation pictures on the hard disk or the animation itself in bmps or png's What have I done wrong?
