From Start Post: PM means Personal Message. So if you people want Nero for a specific language just sent me a PM. There are some parts of the Setp Wizard that needs translation and also FileTypeDescriptions in specific language. This could be done within approx. 15 minutes I guess

Well it seemed to me I couldn't create an administrative share of the retail version of Paint Shop Pro X for only Dutch language. It included also Spanish and Italian language which got setup over 300 MB's. So I tried the Demo version which contains only Dutch language. Used Bidjan crack to upgrade it to retail version. To patch the administation share to 10.01 and higher setup complaint about missing files, so I copied these files over from the RETAIL package. This turned out to be successful. At last I compressed the MSI to a single cab installer using wimakcab.vbs from the Windows Installer SDK. Resulting msi is now 93 MB Notice the trial to full patch is a workaround. You still need a valid key

UPDATE: Nero 7 updated to 7.2.0.3b Don't know what caused the increased size of the package. Might be some updated files cannot get compressed well using 7-zip this time. @Freeman. InnoSetup doesn't support unattended input for custom dialogs. So you have to use regtweaks instead.

OK, here it is so far: Nero 7 Lite v.7.2.0.3 - April 27th 2006 +Updated Nero to 7.2.0.3 +New Demo key for 30-day usage +Updated Anti-Virus Definitions +Kept Nero HE-AAC encoder from Nero 7.0.8.2 +Removed mp3 skip workaround. Can anyone report who experienced issues with this to see if this issue is gone with new mp3Pro decoder 2.0.5.2? OK, first build now. Only English and Dutch so far. If everything is ok I upload other languages too Enjoy

OK, I'm working on next release. I saw Nero removed the ability to use the AAC audio decoder/encoder functionality from within Nero Burning Rom. If noone experienced any problems using this plug-in I'll keep it in Nero 7 Lite. Als mp3PRo.dll is finally updated. Hope they solved their mp3-skip problem

Thanks for an update. Isn't it better to use the newest? edit: Installed successfully but when i start Nero: I removed old nero and reg. edit2: Forget first edit. I restarted and and ran. But Nero is completely English in Turkish version. And when i came to language settings. I get this error. This error comes after and after when i click ok It's a known problem. Don't know how to solve it. However after second start everything is fine. UPDATE: Polish language available. Thanks for help odyn1982

OK, uploading new builds now. Hope this error is gone for good kai445: You can try to do the dependancy stuff yourself. Simply install Nero 7, then removing as much files as possible and see if the program still works. I used also Dependancy Walker to get information about shared system dlls. However if you want to use Nero Vision or Nero Recode you might be better of installing the whole Nero Suite.

And it's not very useful at all. It's just a basic SVGA driver for Safe-mode usage. Modern videocard use drivers that also support 3D Hardware Acceleration

keytotime, Nero.txt is included for English language only. Does this problem also occur on other language installations? Keytotime, is NeHDBlkAccess.dll also necessary. If not I'm happy to keep it out of Nero Lite

It would be a nice idea if we could integrate Internet Explorer 6 into a core Windows 98SE CD. I have looked around for more information about modifying Windows 98 Setup Source. I found the following: 1. Ultimate Windows 98SE BootCD project: This is more like a wrapper around the Setup. Internet Explorer 6 is called at the very end of installation. 2. 98Lite 98Lite allows you to install Windows 98 without Internet Explorer. 98Lite does things a bit different: It actually creates customized Windows 98 Components on installation. In order to do such thing altering Windows Setup Infs is necessary. I looked up the various Internet Explorer 6 SP1 cab files. Basicly every CAB file contains an INF on how to install these components, so converting them to actually Windows 98 Setup Components is possible in my opinion. However in order to do so I would first try with some basic Components, like example a TweakUI add-on. We can turn this project into something like RyanVM's update Project for Windows XP. Create custom components that can get installed during Windows 98 installation

I included the NeroNET Client. Some PowerUsers might need it. The files in Common Files\Ahead\DSfiler are indeed DirectShow Filters necessary to support VideoCD/SVCD creation.

I don't have any solution yet. I saw the Unknown burnphase error meaby 1 time or so on my system, but I can't reproduce the error on my system anymore. You could help debugging the problem by posting Windows Error Reports, look up Nero with a dependancy walker. Try reregistering some dll-files in Nero Core folder using regsvr32 "dllname", or try at least to explain when the message occurs: - Nero Burning Rom or Nero Express - CD/DVD-project - Overburn enabled or not - Add custom tweaks or not - Operating System used - Used in Combination with nLite or not In the mean time I can just wait for a solution on this minor problem, or continue working on this project. Bringing out translations is also part of this project.

So what? It's the Dr.Web Anti-Virus plugin. I added updated Virus definition base to it. You get the same files if you update the Virus Definitions from within Nero Help menu. UPDATE: Added Portugese Translation! Thanks goes to bolajones for help translating the Setup Wizard

Hmm, unknown burnphase error is unknown for me. I tested also on a clean installation. Only possible guess would be NeHDBLKAccess.dll missing. Can anyone tell if placing this file in Nero Core directory solves this issue? NL version is bigger, since I included also English language in that pack.
